Terms of Service

When you book a service through this website, you agree to follow these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not schedule a service with Metro Fresh Clean.

Booking Confirmation

Booking a service online does not guarantee your requested date or time. You will be contacted via email or phone to confirm your appointment.

Cleaning Providers

All of our providers are thoroughly screened, trained, and held to high standards of integrity and accountability. You can trust our team to care for your home with professionalism.

Right to Refuse Service

For safety reasons or in situations such as extreme clutter, the presence of weapons, disconnected utilities, or other unsafe or unpleasant conditions, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service.

Providers may leave if they feel unsafe, intimidated, or if the home is in an excessively unclean state. In such cases, standard cancellation fees may apply.

Cleaning Day Preparation

Please ensure areas to be cleaned, including floors, counters, and tabletops, are reasonably accessible. Your cleaning fee is based on our providers spending their time cleaning, not clearing clutter. Additional labor for pre-cleaning tasks may incur extra charges.

Extra Services

Additional services available at extra cost include:

  • Heavy-duty cleaning

  • Wet wipe/detailing blinds

  • Interior oven cleaning

  • Dishwashing

Pets

Metro Fresh Clean will work around pets. Providers may refuse service or leave if an animal becomes aggressive or unsafe. Standard cancellation policies apply in these cases.

Service Fees

Quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates. Actual charges may vary based on the condition of your home. If additional time is required, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payments

Credit or debit card payments are held three days prior to service to ensure funds are available. Charges are finalized only after the service is completed.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, as we strive to provide the highest quality service. If anything is missed, contact us within 24 hours, and we will correct it at no additional charge.

Subscription Service Discount

Recurring service discounts apply after the first cleaning. Skipping scheduled cleanings may result in rate adjustments to match your new frequency.

Increases in Rate

Changes in service frequency, residence, home size, or number of occupants may result in rate adjustments. Annual increases are limited to 10% of the current rate.

Lockouts

Clients must provide access to the service location. If the cleaning team is locked out, they will attempt to contact you for 30 minutes. If access cannot be gained, a $100 late cancellation fee applies.

Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without fees. Less than 48 hours notice incurs a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations or no access will result in 100% of the appointment cost. Contagious illness exceptions may apply.

Alarm Systems

Ensure any security systems are deactivated or provide instructions to the office to avoid lockout fees.

Utilization of Owner’s Vacuum

If our team uses your vacuum, we are not responsible for damage or maintenance.

Cleaning Supplies

Please advise if you require exclusively green cleaning products. If you provide your own supplies, Metro Fresh Clean is not responsible for damage caused by those items.

Things We Cannot Clean

We do not handle mold removal, hoarding situations, or bodily fluids (including pet waste).

Inaccessible Locations & Heavy Objects

Providers will not move items over 35 pounds or climb higher than a step stool. Clients must move heavy items themselves.

Breakage/Damage and Loss Policy

While rare, damage can occur. Providers carry insurance, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms unless disclosed prior to service. Damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours.

Providers Arrival Window

Services are scheduled efficiently to minimize travel. Appointments are generally fulfilled within a 2-hour window. Delays due to traffic, weather, or vehicle issues may occur.

Holidays

No services are scheduled on holidays. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. Observed holidays include:

  • Independence Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Eve

  • New Year’s Day

House Key / Key Release

Metro Fresh Clean is not responsible for damage or theft if keys are left in unsecured locations. Keys will be returned within 48 hours of service termination or cancellation.

Non-Solicitation of Providers

Clients agree not to hire providers directly. Our team is screened, trained, and carefully managed to maintain quality and safety.

Governing Law

Any claims relating to Metro Fresh Clean services or website are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

Metro Fresh Clean reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
